What is the best way for me to receive your cupcakes and retail merchandise?

We offer our cupcakes and retail items for pick-up, delivery and shipping. Orders are available for pick-up during store hours.

Delivery within 20 miles of our storefront is available Monday-Friday from 11:00am-4:00pm.

We do ship nationwide to all states (with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii). You can order our shipping collections right online. Please note: you are picking a SHIP date (the cupcakes will arrive two days later). 


How do I use your Daily Menu Selection?

At SAS Cupcakes, we make over 30 types of gourmet cupcakes with at least 12 selections a day. We do not currently allow online ordering for pickup at our local storefronts.  Please call the nearest storefront to place your order.

How is my cupcake order shipped?

All cupcake assortments are shipped in our patented shipping box. Our shipping package is designed to ensure your cupcakes arrive at their destination looking exactly as they are presented both at our storefront and online. Each cupcake is freshly baked, piled high with frosting, fully decorated and flash frozen for optimal shipping results.

A special shipping and handling charge applies to all shipped cupcake orders. Cupcake purchases are shipped by FedEx 2-Day. Although your destination may occur in a one-day delivery, FedEx will only guarantee 2-Day. Please make cupcake purchases with a 2-day allowance for shipping time to ensure your package arrives on or before your desired date.


How are my retail purchases shipped?

Retail items purchased in conjunction with cupcakes will be shipped to the best of our ability in the same package with your cupcake assortments. Shipping charges for retail items will be automatically assessed at checkout and are listed as a separate fee from Special Cupcake Shipping & Handling charges.

For retail items purchased without cupcakes you will be given the following shipping options at checkout: Ground, 2-Day and overnight. All shipments are shipped via FedEx. A tracking number will be emailed to you directly for your convenience.


How far in advance do I need to place my Pick-up or Delivery order?

We require 24 hours notice for Pick-up and Delivery orders. Please be advised delivery is not available on weekends.  If you are having a special event and need both local Delivery and Set-up during the week or on the weekend please call our events coordinator at our storefront for pricing details. Email: corporatesales@sascupcakes.com

Can I order cupcakes to be picked up on the same day I need them?

Yes!  Simply call our storefront to place your order and we will verify with you what selections are available. We cannot guarantee all of our daily selections will be available for same day orders but we will to do our best to make sure you are happy with your combination.

What is the best way to care for my cupcakes either picked up or delivered from your storefront?

Please keep your cupcakes at room temperature. We don't use any trans fats or preservatives in our cupcakes and as a result cold air will dry out them out. Do not put them in the refrigerator or store them in cool temperatures. They are best enjoyed same day. 

How long will your cupcakes stay fresh?

Our cupcakes are made with all natural ingredients and don't contain any trans fats or preservatives and are therefore best enjoyed the same day they are made. However, our cupcakes will keep very well for 1 day if wrapped in plastic or stored in an airtight container at room temperature. Do not refrigerate your cupcakes.

If you do not plan on serving our cupcakes 2 or more days after they are picked-up or delivered we recommend wrapping your box in plastic wrap and storing them in the freezer until the day you plan on enjoying them.


How do I care for my Shipped Cupcakes?

Once your shipment arrives simply place your cupcakes at room temperature for 4 hours and enjoy. Our cupcakes taste best the same day they arrive but will keep for 2-3 days if wrapped in plastic or stored in an airtight container at room temperature. Do not refrigerate your cupcakes. If you don't plan on eating your cupcakes the same day they arrive place them in the freezer to prevent thawing. We do not recommend freezing our cupcakes longer than 1 month.


Do you offer custom decorating on your cupcakes?

The appearance of our cupcakes is something we take very seriously at SAS Cupcakes. As a company, we strive to maintain a consistent and dependable decorating standard for our cupcakes to ensure our customers receive a superior product both in aesthetics and quality seven days a week. It is our emphasis on delivering a consistently outstanding product to our customers that prevents us from deviating significantly from our normal decorating standards.

For customers who would like special decorations, we do extend a limited number of options for decorating toppers including sugar flowers, sanding sugars and sprinkles in a variety of colors. We do not offer custom frosting colors. There is a minimum order of One Dozen cupcakes required for all Special Decoration requests as well as a special decorating fee for orders that fall outside of our normal everyday decorating guidelines. Our normal decorating guidelines can be viewed online through our daily selections menu and at our storefront. Special decoration requests are available for pick-up and delivery orders only. Please contact our storefront directly if you have special decorating requests. Shipping orders cannot be customized or decorated in any other way than what is presented online.

Do you write on your cupcakes?

The style in which our cupcakes are frosted prevents us from writing on them. We do however offer a variety of Occasion Pennants that sit atop our cupcakes to help personalize your assortment including Happy Birthday, Oh Baby, Thank you, Congratulations and more! All of our pennant options are available for purchase both shipped and at our storefront.

Do you offer cupcakes for weddings?

Yes we do! Our cupcakes are the perfect sweet treat for couples looking for a sophisticated twist on a timeless classic. Our cupcakes are available to order online or by calling our storefront. If you would like Special Decorations including sugar flowers, sanding sugars or sprinkles in select colors please contact our storefront to make an appointment with our Wedding and Events coordinator. Email: corporatesales@sascupcakes.com

Do you offer stands to display your cupcakes on for my special event?

Yes we do have display stands available for rent. Our stands accommodate 1-12 dozen cupcakes. Contact our events coordinator to inquire about your event. Email: corporatesales@sascupcakes.com

Stands are available for pick-up and delivery orders only and can't be shipped.

Do you offer both delivery and set-up for my special event?

Do your cupcakes contain preservatives or trans fats?

Our cupcakes are made with all natural ingredients and do not contain any preservatives or trans fats in either the cake or frosting.

Do you use Nuts in your cupcakes?

We use both peanuts and pecans in some of our cupcakes and frosting. Peanuts and Pecans are on the premises and we do not recommend consuming our cupcakes if you have any Nut Allergies.

Are any or your cupcakes gluten/sugar/dairy free?

We use a variety of premium ingredients in our cupcakes and frostings including milk, cream, butter, eggs, sugar, and flour. We do not at this time have a sugar free products available. We offer gluten free cupcakes on Fridays and Saturdays. We offer gluten free cake pops 7 days a week. While supplies last, they do sell out. We recommend calling in advanced.
